Reflection: In EDU 255, I was required to design a Curriculum Planning K-12 Scope and Sequence Chart for a dance. This demonstrates my ability to design and implement content that is aligned with lesson objectives. I used progressions beginning at Kindergarten all the way until 12th grade. I began with basic locomotor skills to children's music, to line dancing, to hip-hop in high school. Students will learn, as they grow, different movements of dance as well as types of music. This represents my ability to plan objectives for students in a dance curriculum.
