Reflection: This presentation demonstrates my knowledge of the motor control theory involved in performing a golf swing. It describes these theories and the concepts of motor control and applies them to human movement in performing the golf swing. This presentation was put together in EXS 297 Motor Behavior. I chose this topic to represent my understanding of this theory and apply it to skillful movements, physical activity, and fitness. This has helped me better understand the motor control theories as well has human characteristics of movement.
